Selecting and Adding Media to Your AI
Determining what to keep and what to delete is not easy. because of this, we tend to keep everything assuming that sometime in the future we will delete some portion of it. Keeping it reduces the emotional burden associated with deleting our cherished memories. Eventually, the quantity of the media is so large, the emotional burden shifts to when we will actually address it. Our personal content typically includes items that are poor, mediocre, and amazing. It probably averages out as mediocre. The goal of the curation exercise (selecting the content) is end up only with the amazing and impactful content.
Imagine that you have only a few hours of someone’s time to share your content, Choose the content that gives them the best experience. When uploading media to your AI, it is important to consider how future generations might interact it. The media content can appear at any time in an AI chat and can have different presentations and context based on the chat thread. Focus on maintaining high-quality content by adding descriptions to help others understand the context and significance of each piece of content. This process will transform each piece of media into a rich, informative story. We never hand our phone to someone an say “just swipe right and you can learn everything about me”. Instead, we choose a picture and then tell them the story behind it.
