This data is shared with other subscribers and visitors via services that include, but are not limited to, text chat, text to speech chat, text from speech chat, and video avatars. The information captured from the subscribers may include personal information and chat transcripts. The chat transcripts include vistor prompts/questions and the responses from the persona.
3. Subscriber Responsibilities
3.1 Accuracy of Information
Subscribers are solely responsible for providing the data used to create their personas. Eternos is not liable for any inaccuracies in the information provided by subscribers. Eternos is not responsible for the behavior of the persona chat bot. The subscriber is responsible for testing and approving the persona chat bot before it is available to visitors or other subscribers. The subscriber is responsible for reviewing chat history and modifying the persona if the chat bot responses in the chat history are undesirable.
3.2 Security of Credentials
Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity that occurs under the subscriber’s account is their responsibility. The subscriber is responsible for maintaining the list of authorized visitors who can access the persona.
3.3 Compliance with Laws
Subscribers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services. Eternos is not responsible for any legal consequences resulting from the subscriber’s failure to comply with these laws.

By using our services, subscribers consent to the capture and storage of historical personal information and associated data including text, images, video, video avatars, voice profiles, and documents as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
